Maria Minno has earned a BA in Environmental Biology (UCSB),
a MS in Botany (UF), a Florida license and national
certification in massage therapy (MA#42167), certification
in Energy Testing and Quantum Touch, and studied Nutritional
Therapy through the Nutritional Therapy Association out of
Olympia, WA. She is presently practicing massage,
nutritional therapy, and energy healing at the Center for
Balance in Gainesville, FL. Maria co-authored "Florida
Butterfly Gardening: A Complete Guide to Attracting,
Identifying, and Enjoying Butterflies" with Marc Minno and
"Handbook to Schoolyard Plants and Animals of North Central
Florida" with Peter Feinsinger. She assists her husband in
their environmental consulting work (natural history surveys
of rare plants and insects) with Eco-Cognizant, Inc., and
operates the nascent Academy of Thirteen Moons, dedicated to
honoring the natural cycles of life in learning, personal
empowerment, health, and community to promote life in
harmony with natural forces. |
